Contractual Relationship

By making a reservation through RPV, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the Owner of the specific property. Rent Private Villas acts as an intermediary between you and the property owner.

Property Information Accuracy

Property owners are responsible for updating rates and availability on our platform. Please note that furniture and furnishings may differ from photographs due to replacements from normal wear and tear. While we strive to maintain accurate information, the company cannot be held responsible for minor discrepancies in property listings.

Prepayment and Cancellation

All reservations require acceptance of the property owner's specific prepayment and cancellation policies. Non-payment of the required deposit or balance results in forfeiture of booking rights.

Cancellable reservations may be terminated without notice if remaining balances cannot be collected on the due dates specified in your booking confirmation.

Company Cancellation Rights

The property owners reserve the right to change or cancel your booking under certain circumstances. Changes may occur if properties are sold or fail to meet our quality standards.

Material changes to your booking entitle you to alternative accommodation or a full refund. Non-material changes (such as temporary facility closures) do not trigger compensation obligations.

Force Majeure

The company accepts no liability for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: war, threat of war, civil unrest, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, pandemics, government actions, airport closures, or other extraordinary circumstances.

Property Use Restrictions

Properties are exclusively for vacation purposes with occupancy strictly limited to the number of guests stated on your booking. Unauthorized occupants or use of the property for non-vacation purposes allows immediate termination of your stay without refund.

Guest Conduct

Only persons stated on the booking form may use the accommodation day or night. Guests are expected to behave in a considerate manner and respect the property, neighbors, and local community.

Disruptive behavior permits immediate stay termination without refund. Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

Complaint Resolution

Guests must contact property owners or our support team immediately upon discovering any issues with the accommodation. This allows us to address problems promptly during your stay. Complaints regarding the location of the property are non-refundable as location information is provided before booking.

Liability Disclaimer

The company disclaims responsibility for equipment breakdowns, pest issues, external disturbances, and other matters outside our direct control. All liability limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
